Chesterfield just got back to me about using streamers or anything at their ground for the POs... this was their reply:

That does underline the different paths that other sides are going to take to the Play Offs.  If Chesterfield do get there, it's going to be blood, thunder & adrenaline...compared with our more sedate acceptance over several weeks that that's where we'll end up.  That could play to our advantage, but maybe not.  Psychology will be interesting in the first leg game.

That's what I did. I just said "forget about the play offs. What are your rules on streamers etc throughout the course of a season?"

I think they'd go with L. Thompson, Stephens, Turnbull and Swift.

Then it's either Ricketts or Toffolo to be the unlucky sixth loanee, depending if Town want HT next season, I think it'll Toffolo to miss out.

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about the loan limitations. I'm not sure if Ricketts' "has to play' clause includes the play offs. It's a tough call. Toffolo is a part of the team and deserves to be at Wembley.

That's a proper headache for Cooper. I wouldn't want to have the conversation with whoever he leaves out.

Tempted to start organising a streamer display for the away end of the Play Off first leg as the players leave the tunnel.

I know we should be doing a streamer display to match the colour of the kit we're wearing but as Chesterfield and United seem to be unable to decide who we play until the last day we're going to have to go with Red & White regardless. If we wait until the last day we won't have enough time to promote it and get streamers ordered.

Start spreading the word and get people buying & bringing streamers to Bramall Lane or the Proact Stadium. Also, bring some newspaper to tear up for confetti or anything along these lines.
