At least Adidas made sure that the same template wasn't used by clubs in the same league (I think).

The new shirt is red and includes our badge (remember it was only a week or so ago when we swooned at the notion of Puma having our crest embroidered on) therefore it is perfectly adequate.

No they didn't. We always had the same template as someone who played in blue. Think it was Chesterfield. Seriously, as Costanza says, this is how kits are done these days, even in the top flights - Premiership sides, La Liga sides, they all choose a template from the major manufacturers then just get to select from a few different colours and slap their own badges/ads on them. They don't even reserve the newest templates for PL sides any more

Look at MLS teams (I know a lot of people don't give a fuck) as an example. All Adidas kits in that league are pretty much the same template.

Bring back ISIS as sponsors. At least they'd get rid of the goal music.

I thought about this recently. Would like to see it given a try for a season.

I always got shot down for it, but I loved just the little touch of green (on the socks or whatever).

Just blow your nose on it...

Our kits must be nicer than Barnsley's anyway as they're 3 quid more expensive, right across the board, so they're obviously much better Wink

The disadvantage of the north/south divide. The advantage being its worth a lot more than £3 not to live in Barnsley.

My comment on being disappointed wasn't that it was the same template, we all know how that works these days, more that its exactly the same colour too. Its not the end of the world, provided they don't have the same away kit colours too. Bring on the Puma derby.
