Maybe we do. Today we got into a winning position and did what it took to win it.
it's not like we only win because we exploit the rules to the max. up until a month ago we were playing great football, still are in patches.
we didn't cheat against city though.

I think focussing on being hard to beat and being able to grind out results in difficult circumstances is what we need to concentrate on for the rest of the season. 1st has most likely gone. 2nd is going to be tough to achieve. Playoffs is looking most likely. Being able to win them if that is where we end up has to be the priority.

I have always advocated that NO team in any of our domestic leagues will win their title by playing blindingly attractive pure football. Even Man U in their prime "ground" out ugly results during their most impressive form. At the end of the season any teams performance will be judged on the number of points attained. |
