Having a discussion with friends today about many things as you do and one topic that came up was summer holiday plans. Which got me thinking, we've not made any. I know the current Mrs fancies Greece, somewhere where I'm a little light on. Any of you well travelled types got any gems? Young family so school holiday time. Not bothered about hotel, apartment etc or board arrangements more interested on good all round resorts.

Ignore what he says. Go to Kavos. Lots of stuff for the elderly to do, and some fantastic places to go to at night. Very scenic.

You can rent our apartment in Turkey if you want? Smiley

Ah just seen that you have young family. Probably not the best place for kids given the hilly surroundings!

I don't think we would be able to afford an apartment in Torquay!

If you want quiet, chilled & relaxed, try Potos on Thassos.
I think only Thomson go to the island from UK, so not overrun with Brits, noise, nightlife etc - if you want that go somewhere else  Cheesy

Check hotel choice carefully on Tripadvisor.
