Defo get registered at Lawn Surgery.

Changed to them 6 months ago and I'm in for my knee replacement tomorrow.

Previous surgery refused to refer me
That is an excellent dentist if he diagnosed that you need a knee replacement,

Clyde House on Bath Road is a decent NHS dentist. Never had an issue there.

Been with them since dinosaurs roamed the earth. They're efficient, have a good booking system and will do their best to fit you in if you have an urgent problem. The only annoyance I have is that they steer you to their (private forty quid a session) hygienist which is actually illegal as routine cleaning/scaling/polishing is part of your course of treatment according to the NHS Web Shite

Perhaps you could support your local football team?

I'm sorry, but to fit in with the majority of Swindon residents, shouldn't I support a premiership club? (From the comfort of my armchair, obviously).

Don't you know your knee-bone's connected to your jaw-bone?

I use Eurodental on Devizes Road (next to Pig On the Hill), and they're NHS. Never had a problem, got me referred quickly for a complicated extraction after 9 years of having no dental work done.

Brush your teeth every other day, and when in need embrace the carnival atmosphere on offer at Carfax Street walk in centre. It's worth faking a bit of nerve pain just for the experience.

Dry cleaners?

There used to be one at the top of Vic Road....now like so many useful things, gone.  You can take items to the Co-Op, where they'll send them off to a cleaner....no idea about the time scale.

Bit drastic, you'd be better off just brushing them I'd have thought. Maybe change your toothpaste if you're worried

I've lived in Swindon for 25 years and haven't used either a Dentist or a Dry Cleaner.

I'm a failure
