Mass in the team again tonight against Sth Korea. The game will be played in oppressive heat. Its 32 degrees and with the stadium sheltering any breeze pitch side could be considerably hotter. The pitch isn't pretty so both sides will be happy with no injuries at the end of 90mins. Also, it doesn't help that a plague of moths have arrived at the stadium. I bet you don't get that at the Country ground?
Tough conditions to play in.
Lets hope Mass has another great game.

Let's hope Mass survives intact....slight dusting of overnight snow at the CG....looks set to be short lived though.

He's having another good game, so far, and seeing lots of the ball. Quite an entertaining game between two evenly matched sides. Still 1-0 to the Koreans though.

Iraq have had 66% possession and 6 shots, compared to Palestine's 0!
Jordan are losing, so currently Iraq are in the QF's.

If both win their quarters then could line up against each other in the semis

Iran v Iraq could be a bit feisty. Please don't break Yaser!

Their friendly before the tournament got a bit feisty if I remember correctly. Iraq v Australia in the Semis would be awesome.

2-0 Iraq. Yaser involved in the build up around the box and could be credited with the assist thanks to a deft touch through ball.

The winners of the Aussies/China game will play either Japan or UAE in the semis. Iran or Iraq will play either South Korea or Uzbekistan.

o looking at the match schedule it says: A1 (Aus)-B2 v C1-D2 (Iraq). ah ball bags I thought aussie won the group...........yup they may have to wait to the final or 3rd place playoff.
