I've actually really enjoyed watching the Asian Cup. Some of the football's been a bit shit, as in every tournament, but it's nice to see teams who actually give a fuck.

Who got MoM? Don't bother with names if it wasn't our poster boy.

First time that an STFC player has got an MVP at a major international tournament since Don Rogers in the Youth equivalent of the WC, played in Holland in 1963.

Then out of 24 teams England beat Spain 4-0 in the final with a brace from the Don....Pepe Reina's old man was between the sticks for Spain....Harry Redknapp was setting them up.

I'd be telling him to go on a bender for a couple of days, so he's incapable of coherent thoughts, and unable to write his signature.

Feeling a bit sick at the inevitable consequence for STFC on the playing side but this success couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.

Congrats Mass...we're all proud of you
