Edit: Willo's goal at Yeovil gets my vote. Best angle I've seen it from and it is beautiful.

What about Smith's backheel against Colchester? This goal even made it to Soccer Am's showboat!

we've been to Aberdeen, we hate the Hibs, they make us spew up, so make some noise,
the gorgie boys, for Hearts in Europe.

Byrne's goal at Orient, has to be up there with anything crafted in the Ardiles/Hoddle era.

Byrne's at orient and Willo's at Yeovil for me. Great to see our centre back racing to the byline and cutting back for Williams to curl home. Look at William's run and stop for the pull back, the defender was flummoxed. We've created a number of chances and goals by our striker's good movement in the box.

Byrne's effort was fantastically crafted, but watching Willo score that with such a sublime little chip after so many seasons of failing to finish makes me very happy.

Byrne's purely for the build up & final ball from Smith.

Also, if you want to see ALL the goals from October:
