Help please (or abuse)

I want to put my sky box in an enclosed cabinet and would still like to use the remote.

Do I need an extender?

Tips please!

Many thanks.

I have something think its called a mouse which I can use in another room to the box to change channels but its on an older box with the old ariel sockets on the back. Not sure if the HD boxes have then on. If could be assed would go look.

Hire a small native boy to press the buttons when you shout commands at him, that's what I do.

Harmony touch ultimate - it works over wifi with 'ir' blasters - all my stuff is locked away out of sight in a cupboard and it works like a dream...
