I thought at the time that it must have taken a deflection but I can't see one on the video.

Morshead said it did last night, would explain the keepers action.

We were sat right in line, Yasser looked to curl it into the left corner which the keeper went to cover. However, the ball then took a small touch off the wall and went straight into the centre of the goal with the keeper left floundering.

Yep looked liked a pretty big one at the time when we were right behind it. Seeing it again there doesn't look to be any deflection, think Yas just put some wicked bend on it. That's what Byrney's saying anyway.

That miss of Obika's is truly awful - more so when you contrast William's finish for the third. The camera angle is a bit low - but he's not even that far wide! No

Reminded me of the one similar that Rochdale missed at home to us last week! Easier to score than miss as they say?!

Byrne's finish and assist for Willo... Both beautiful!

Initially read that as 'Byrne's finished...' and nearly spat my coffee out.

Paul Cook said we're the best team they've played this season, got beat fair and square.

Very humble lot, Chesterfield. Most oposition fans and managers usually bitch and moan!

Always had respect for Chesterfield and its fans....proper football club.  Unlike the pile of steaming dung we've got on Saturday.

Well that`s the end of the slump - didn`t see that coming, brilliant result - sounds a great game. Really looking forward to the next few weeks - its been a while since we have been in the mix with a good group of talented players put together by Cooper and Power or Power and Cooper - whatever...good stuff - just need to get the word out there but football`s not cheap any more - what is.........?

Red fucking Army indeed........ Yes

468 sold as of yesterday afternoon for mk on sat. Be very surprised if that doesn't hit 1000

No price difference in advance to paying cash on the day so I would imagine a 1000 or more will be in attendance a few will not go because of the history of mk franchise but I am supporting my club so I don't give a fuck

Highlights. Keeper has had a mare for the first one it looks and Obika's miss is awful.
Looking at that and from what I've read, Byrne is on fire.

looking at the Williams finish again, he definitely gets lucky when rounding the keeper. He looks like he shoots left footed which gets blocked and it then pops out in front of him.

Still finishes more calmly then Obika

Yaser's def didn't deflect. I cant work out how he did it though, he must have been putting some hours in to create something that different.

Wasn't that pretty obvious?
