I see Power has started initial discussions with Wes, Nat Thompson and Andy Williams.
Be good to get this sorted sooner than later.
I can envisage the scenario whereby Power persuades them to sign new contracts with a promise to let them go if they want to if we don't get promoted.
Would at least ensure we get a fee.

We are used to the 'after Christmas' or 'once the season is over' line. The fact that the club are keen tells you that we want them to stay but expect interest.

I totally agree, I've been a fan of him since his first season here. He got a lot of unwarranted abuse, though. |

I totally agree, I've been a fan of him since his first season here. He got a lot of unwarranted abuse, though.
That's bollocks. When he came back from injury he was absolute gash. He got stick because people knew what he could do and were pissed off that he wasn't performing. He got the same 'abuse' at Yeovil, prior to his injury, as they remembered his quality and he wasn't replicating it on loan. For whatever reason he's back to his best and long may that continue. |
