There's an interesting discussion on routes to Yeovil, naturally in the Orient thread , Jayo will be getting well excited, with this recent addition. Maybe by the time the game is played we could have a separate thread... We could allocate different routes to different people and encircle the town as we approach. With everyone conveying their movements back to Reg in central command who pushes little STFC logos around on a map, like in WWII.

My away-day-mate lives in Frome, so like Orient I'll be driving to his then driving down to Yeovil.
The trip to Orient was a nice wet trip through the Salisbury plains.
It's a shame Yeovil isn't really train-able cause some beers would be good. Oh well, I can definitely see this being a good 3 points. Hopefully knock a few past them too, if we get our GD above shitty's before November, that would be a big help.

We're only 1 behind them with a game in hand, it maybe 2 games in hand by the time we play Yeovil.

Yeah, but then we have Preston, Shitty, Posh, Franchise & Fleetwood in November and I can't see us winning all of them so we need a good margin to not get too affected by it.

Urgh, trying to get a ticket for this is proving a faff - accidentally added a second one to my basket and the links to remove it aren't working.
Where are people meeting for a pre-game drink?

It's in an industrial estate, so I'm not sure where there's a pub nearby. Could be mistaken though. EDIT: After a quick look on the Football Ground Guide there's a pub 10 minutes walk away called "The Arrow".

We usually (except last time) meet in the Arrow, it used to be away friendly and is 10 mins walk.

Ah, think I went in the Airfield tavern last time, pretty much a 10 minute walk up the road too. It's a shame the Yeovil Ales brewery doesn't have a bar, it's practically next to Huish Park and their beer is actually rather good. Hey ho...
