Shower have both feeds ? Hot and Cold ? Mine had just cold which I did take off the feed to bath taps, had to reduce from 22mm to 15mm along the way. |

Used to have one of those rubber push on shower kits, ours used to fall off the hot tap and you'd get an ice cold blast of water.  |

I suppose it could be used at that. I remember my parents getting one many moons ago. It was definitely an 'upgrade' to getting your hair washed on a Sunday using a jug... |

yes,tap off the nearest main cold water,fit an isolation valve after the tap off,check the KW rating of the shower,if above 9.5Kw,you may need to contact your electric supplier..failing that,use one of these... Job done |

Water connection is the easy bit, its the electrical connection that is usually tricky, unless it is a feeble power rating (< 7.5kw) I think it is going to need its own circuit with some 10mm cable and a 40a breaker.
I could be wrong on that of course but well worth investigating further I'd suggest!
