Agree with all. I admit that i sceptic when he was at his worst but he used to come to the hotel i worked at every weekend a few years ago, and is a genuine chap. Not necessarily the best player but a 100%er, and as he got older he began to justify his lack of pace.
:old: I propose a round robin Alan Reeves trophy with town AFC Wimbledon and Rochdale his former clubs playing.

Please dont take this the wrong way, but In a way I'm glad it wasnt one of our other players....not that I'd wish it on Reeves because the guy is a legend and has been here years, but imagine if it was Ifil, Pook or Fallon....

In all honesty I was hoping it would be Heath, at least he's only on loan, and we could have sent him back and got someone else in to replace him, as it is we've lost a player who was looking to be increasingly important this season, and just to top it off he's our assistant manager.
It's a bloody disaster for the team, but this guy simply does not deserve to have his career ended in this way it's just crue.

Am I the only one who likes Thorpe then? I think he's quality! His finish against Oldham was perfect, and I've had no definite evidence that he's been whinging etc.
