It was sanctioned when Jed was 'in charge' wasn't it?

Bit of a hazy time, not sure anyone really knows what went on in those 9 months or so
When did Power actually get involved, how long did Jed manage without Powers cash?

I suspect if Power was involved we got a sell on, if it was Jed alone probably not?

That whole era is murky but Lee Power did recently say that he worked on the Flint transfer.

He also said that he wasn't involved in the 10 year catering contract, but both deals were completed on the same day.

Within his own tenure Power would leave that sort of shit to Steve Anderson to deal with so I dare say that he'd have done the same back then.
