How have Southampton manager that? QPR have been quoting 15m to everyone!

A player that scored 18 in his last season in the Prem for 4M? You'd struggle to get that price for somebody that's only scored 18 in the Championship.

Sounds like his contract was up in the summer so a few million and a big wage off the bill probably good for them too.
If Austin was being picky about the clubs he was going to sign for (not wanting to go up north, apparently?) QPR probably realised getting anything substantial from an ever shrinking pool of clubs was going to be pretty tricky.

Great to see him back in the Prem.

What were the insinuations about his injury problems? Was it a dodgy shoulder? Not that it seems to have caused him any problems since that transfer fell through, but there's got to be some sort of doubt on the part of clubs for this to be the eventual outcome.

4 and a half year contract too.

I hope he does well for them (and I'm fairly sure he will).

10m for Afobe
7m for Grabban.

Ironic given Bournemouth have always wanted him. Afobe and Grabban are very different players to Charlie though. He's joined a great club, and I can't wait to see him do well for them.

If he only cost £4million why didn't we put a bid in with the luongo and Gladwin money?

Football ?

You may be aware of other "fantasy leagues" mr Sutton but I for one have no knowledge of them and for two probably wouldn't put Charlie in it  Girl Giggle
