The beebs survey results are from  here

http://www.fsf.org.uk/latest-news/view/results-away-fans-survey-2013-14

Gives you a better understanding of how results are arrived at.
Filled in their questionnaire for a few of towns away games myself last season

What about 'atmosphere'? Surely a more important factor than half-time entertainment! (Although the half-time reds v yellows relay at the Manor was a bit of a laugh).

Leeds bottom? This is shit!

Ripping fans off as we do will also see us near the bottom and rightly so....

Possibly, but the North Stand set-up helps to generate a fair bit of noise even for a handful of enthusiastic away fans (and their poxy drums).

From my experience, the away day football 'experience' has always been better at an older, updated in phases ground than at a new, built as all-seater stadium. Unfortunately, Franchise's 'success' in this poll will give them even more credence, and that's on top of them recently hosting the women's (eeek!) cup final. Comfy seats for delicate bottoms. Shame, but that's what we've come to expect from those running the game.
