Is he still on the books or has he retired? Nothings been mentioned?
I wonder if he retires as soon as he gets the last paycheck from that fat contract he had?

Mentioned a few times on Twitter about keeping quiet until things are sorted but having stuff to say. Was he one of those that went to see Paolo's knee spook?

I believe he did go abroad at one point for treatment.

He's been on the injury table for so long, they're using him as a mattress. Boom, boom.

Just before Xmas there was talk of him retiring and a medical settlement being made via insurance, obviously nothing came of that!!

Gary Roberts mk II. I hope he only has good things to say and isn't sour about his time with us.

I don't think it is sour so much as absolute bitter, there is no way he will look back on our club in a positive light, he thinks he has been very unfairly treated.

How can he consider himself to be treated poorly when we've paid for his medical treatment and honoured his contract fully when he's living miles away from the club?

It may be his medical 'treatment' he's most bitter about....

Rinsed the club dry on wages. Glad when his contract is up.

Agreed but there is no blame attach to him on that one.
