Robin Hood is OK. The one by the Trent Bridge is easy walking distance.

Don't really know about parking. May be able to leave it the pub car park

Park on the roads outside the ground. Plenty of space when I arrived.

Going by train. Drank at The Trent Bridge last season. It was ok but more of an eating pub than a drinking one. May try one near the station this time. The FGG lists a few.

Many (ie at least 3) happy memories of this place.  It was our home from home during the Burns Beano weekend of c. 2004, and again for my stag weekend (when we lost 7-1 to Forest) a few years later.  Cannot recommend the pub highly enough for anyone thinking of going to this.

If you like your ale (which I do) then Nottingham is a Mecca. Great drinking place. So great in fact that I'll be there by 11am.

One of the best cities around around for drinking and nights out in general. If only the urban myth of a 2:1 women to men ratio was true.

2/1? I thought it was 4/1. Glad I wasted no time trawling the clubs and bars for a shag back in my day.

Thinking of adding this to my must visit grounds list on Saturday and sacrifice the last home game of the season. Weather will be the deciding factor.

Historically Nottingham used to have more women than men...although probably not 2-1. It was because of the lace making industry which was Nottingham's thing....don't think it is like that any longer.
