PC games are better and you get a whole lot more than just a console. The downside of online PC gaming is the ability to 'cheat', which from my limited understanding is much less likely on a console... being a competetive so-and-so and honest as the day is long, I hate seeing players in online multiplayer games with 'enhanced' abilities..

It has to either be a Binatone or the Atari 2600, every other console is merely an imitation of those 2 bad boys. If worse comes to worse I would opt for The Sega Master System (with Hang On built in), Wonderboy in Monsterland and Out Run.
