Does he have right of appeal, if so for how long?

He does, and the appeal would have to be lodged within 21 days of the date of the judgment. Not inconceivable I suppose, but very unlikely in my opinion, because:

1. The decision was largely (although not entirely) founded on findings of fact by a trial judge having heard the oral evidence of both witnesses. These sorts of findings of fact are extremely difficult, if not impossible, to appeal;

2. The judgment makes separate alternative findings in Power's favour, particularly on the estoppel point, so even if he's wrong on one then the claim would still succeed on the other(s);

3. I'd imagine its highly unlikely that the chancing wideboy cunt has the ability to fund it or the appetite to expose himself to up to 4 times his current costs liability in the (likely) event that any appeal was not successful
