Listening to Radio Wiltshire last night it appears that the only sticking point the judge has to consider a something to with the law and contracts  -  apparently there has been another case recently which he needs to look at before delivering his verdict.  They said it could be as early as Monday or as late as Wednesday.

Poindexter reminds me of that Comical Ali bloke, standing there saying we are winning the war while Power's Mercs are rolling into the square behind him..

Whilst I hope you are right,  don't be too confident.  This is coming down to a decision based purely on the merits of the documents agreed and contract law, if Jed has the necessary papers I am not sure what weight will be afforded to his cross examination performance and mud slinging.

There are emails and other communication to say the agreement was extended. Jed said it was for directorship and not ownership but the judge doesn't believe that.

So as long as that holds it should be a formality

thats a bit mean! poor old fatty lee can clean my new merc if he likes  Eek

If you are trying to make out that you are one of the directors then what are you trying to achieve? You obviously hate the club and its fans from the poison you post on here.

I still think you're in the Power camp as you've made Jed more of a hate figure than he ever was before, so well done.  Clap

When the judge makes his decision and puts this in writing is this a matter of public record or will it only go to the lawyers
