Well clearly the judge believes McCrory lied on Oath - is that not a criminal offence?  I think it would have been given today had it not been for that... pretty sure he wants to ensure the full judgement wants to include his view that McCrory os a lying fuckwit who's chancing his arm

The judge can't prove he lied, he is only voicing his opinion. It's like when the judge said Bernie Ecclestone lied in his court case..

I fell for it hook, line and sinker as well Batch. Wouldn't trust him as far as I could kick him, what a sheister. (iPhone wanted to change to she oyster!)
Fortunately being from Tewkesbury I'm close enough to Evesham to know a few people who have dealt with him and they warned me he was full of shit. He lives about 5 doors down from an ex and I pass through Evesham a lot. I guess thats why he got a bit twitchy when I asked him on twitter about a year ago why was his personal plate back on the knackered old Alfa on his drive, I must have been one of the first to be blocked..... Makes sense now why he was asking Power for a car as part of the remuneration.

of course not, this is a civil case and perjury is a criminal matter - that would be up to a jury of 12 men good and true but I am pretty sure that if he believed there was something there he would want to include in in his report and allow justice to follow its natural course... I'm also pretty sure the judge would want to be sure of his facts before even suggesting he is lying in his court... Oh and wasn't Bernie Ecclestone's court case in Germany not the UK? Not saying they take any lesser view on it but from experience it is pretty rare for a judge to outwardly suggest someone is lying - after all this isn't Judge Judy...

well men!

for those of us that love and support Jed this is an amazing time, Jed knows he's going to get back in the hot seat, he has been celebrating tonight and has already made calls to some of his people to stand by and get ready to be back at the club, let's thank god he is coming back to save our club

if it had been clear cut it would have been cut and dried by now, everyone should be relieved and delighted for Jed and his team

well done Jed mate

Please enlighten us, what is your old job that you're so confident of getting back? And when did you previously hold it?

The decent thing needs to be done now and ban this mong, and any future attempt at other alternative user names blocked. .
