The audit that only Power & Shah have seen I presume, they did not need to prove it to the court
If they have done that audit and found money missing and Power started legal proceedings against Jed, that must be a perfectly good reason not to disclose to the general public their findings, it would prejudice their case. |

I'd also love to know. I'm also quite sure the Merc and possibly the consultancy fees were an 'issue' before Power was even on the scene. My memory may be failing me though. |

Lets see what happens in this case. I get the impression that Jed possibly pursued this matter as a means of seeing Power off on a technicality when he realised that the audit may be about to throw up some very difficult questions. Possibly if Power suceeds in this case, and taking note of the apparent unreliability of Jed as a witness, he may be inclined to be rather bullish to Jed moving forward. |
