I'd imagine it'd be easy for some of the folks on here to find out if that's in fact true or not.

Jed probably only put in a pound and has got £2 back, it's a double his money deal.

Looking at his directorships on Companies House there doesn't look to be anything worth any money just a number of shell companies a bit like Seebeck.

evening troops

well I hear Jed has sold another one of his businesses for a substantial profit and will have the funds to move US forward for the next 3 years...that's really good news...I also hear that Jed doesn't want Murel involved? wats the deal wit that. my contact has been told that mural has got the funds sorted. our mate Jed has THE money though, no question. Jed's a legend pure and simple, Murel is just a slick and clever business man, we need and will get our Jed back and success for our team at last.

power Is panicking proper

well men, I am waiting on some VERY sensitive and important top secret stuff in the next day or so

good night all

Or....

Someone has sold a company for a shed load and loaned it to jed.....

In anycase it will play out in court this week though don't be surprised if there is another adjournment as these things tend to drag on.

Getting a bit boring to be honest. Quite obvious to me that the court will rule in Powers favour.

I don't think anything is obvious in law.

Unless you have experience in the area of course, in which case I defer ..

Can someone clarify something. Did Jed try and appoint directors and power said see you in court. Or did Jed go to court to petition to be allowed to be able to appoint.

IIRC that was the only thing both sides agreed on - Seebeck tried to appoint directors, Power took out an injunction to block them, the court refused to grant an immediate injunction but deferred until April 29th. When they may also defer again. And in the meantime, they allowed 3 directors to be appointed and (according to who you believe) either the court stipulated that the 3 were "observer directors" (i.e. they can look but they can't touch) or the court said nothing on the status of the 3 but the 3 agreed not to pass any resolutions until the next time the court sits out of the goodness of their hearts.

Well, it's Seebeck 87 who have appointed the 3 new directors. And unless the shareholding's changed since last time SiPie looked a few weeks ago (or the records hadn't been updated then) Jed was still the major shareholder in Seebeck 87. So yes, it would seem he is.
