Has there been any comment from McCrory or his associates regarding the case?
Does he have right of appeal, if so for how long?
Any details of the state of counter-case regarding monies claimed stolen - i.e. is it definitely court bound awaiting date?

When Jed initially surfaced, I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt.

But I now have the firm belief he is a money grabbing chancer who had no other intention than to fleece our football club for as much personal gain as possible. Saw an opportunity to make gain from Lee Power and then saw another chance for even more gain when he realised he could try to regain ownership of the football club on a technicality. Money, money and more money.

I hope you enjoy the legal bill coming your way, Jed.

Yes, the word 'chancer' came into my mind several times while reading the judgment, too.  I'm sure there are many small business where it is possible to operate along those lines, wheeling and dealing, borrowing or spending other peoples' money, frequently moving the goal posts and trying to stay one step ahead of being found out, but to try to do that with a Football League club shows recklessness of an amazing level.  I makes me angry.

Cannot remember what it's called but there is a company where Mrs Power (Denise I believe) is a director,  start on Company Check and work back from Swinton Reds and eventually you get there - cannot do from home on phone!

Mrs J Power is a current director of 3 companies..

November Properties Two Ltd
Racing Ahead Weekend Ltd
Power Bloodstock Ltd - this is the only one she has 50% shares in....something to do with horse racing apparently.
