I went fucking mad when Thompson scored...TEF very own player!!! Wink
That reaction and the result makes the FA cup exit at Macca seem an awful long time ago!!

That's cos you have nothing invested in Liverpool v Spurs.

Thank you for stating the bleeding obvious.   Smiley

Really? I honestly just don't get it.

Do you watch the Town regularly (genuine question, not a dig)?

The team has a lot of young players with potential, but it's not difficult to see from the stands that we are quite some way away from being a team capable of getting promoted to the Championship, let alone staying there.  I suspect that a lot of the people dismissing playoffs  don't want to invest much emotional capital in an unlikely cause.

I live in Thailand so no, I don't watch them. I didn't say anything about promotion.

And besides, this team is good enough to be just a point away with seven games remaining.....

That's what they said about Yeovil last year

Knew that about the Twins.  But they're naturalised Swindonians, surely.  The celebrations yesterday proved that.

Pretty sure although they were born elsewhere they grew up in Wiltshire.

Where the Thompson twins were born is irrelevant. They have been at the club since they were boys which is all that matters.

Neither were The Thompson Twins. Actually interesting story if wiki is to be believed. Started off as squatters, ended up playing live aid with Madonna.

It's all Hergé fault anyway.
