Just to say how much I enjoyed reading the '160 Swindon Heroes' in the Adver  on March 21st.  It assisted my imperfect memory to recollect many of those I've seen play on the hallowed turf, since my first match in about 1948.

I would argue that some of those names were anything but heroes. Mark Robinson? David Duke?

Agreed, but the criteria were greatest length of service or contributed significantly to the club. I was surprised that Tommy Mooney was not included, I particularly enjoyed watching him play.

Yeah I don't agree with those 2 may as well put in Drysdale while you are at it.

I don't think any player can be put in "all time greats" for playing just one solitary season at the club.
