this is a pain in the arse, when im online i go to a page for example the bbc sport page and it displays sundays, if i click the refresh button it sorts it out and i get the up to date one, what can i do? its happening on every website?

its only 5 months old and it cost a fuckin grand! for that money i shouldnt have to fuckin push the refresh button.

Clear out your temporary internet files. Open internet explorer, click tools internet options, then click delete files in the middle of that screen. May take a while if you've never done it before though so be prepared to wait!

What this guy said, clear out the TIF....also it will clear all the cookies so you will have to type in all your passwords again

As STFCbird said, its a caching issue.

It can be for 2 reasons. The reason above, because your internet cache is full and newer pages can not be loaded, but if this is not the reason it will hide the other possible reason so check this as well.

Go to tools> internet options> settings> underneath where it says about checking for newer versions of web pages on each vist make sure the top radio button is selected, which says something about checking everytime.

Although to be perfectly honest i expect your temp internet files were full and i end up looking like a twat trying to look clever... or not.
