On Harley though, apparently that sort of casual approach to the game has always been his style. It obviously worked at Exeter but hasn't really since.

He is giving the effort of Prutton and the skill of Hewlett at the moment.

Thing is, I saw some good performances earlier in the season, at least 2, he has it in him but if he can't produce on a reasonably consistent basis there isn't much point. Can't believe he stayed on v Wolves.

It's the constant shirking of tackles that annoys me, when he's supposed to be one of our senior players. He goes after the ball like a ballerina dipping a toe in cold water. There's no way he should be starting in the derby ahead of Thompson on Saturday. The level of commitment he's showing at the moment, he wouldn't win a 50-50 with a subbuteo man.

Prutton Mk2.

Prutton launched into plenty of tackles, that was half the problem!

I think there were matches where Prutton went 'fuck it, I don't want to play anymore' and tried to get sent off so he'd have the rest of the match, and next week's, off too.
