The Trusts bid to make add the County Ground to the growing list of stadiums listed as an 'Asset of Community Value' has been approved

By way of an aside, I see that although the Scum have one of these, Kassam along with a a major multi national, wants to build houses on part of their stadium car park, in the corners and preferably in the fence end....can there be a less desirable address in the UK?

Thanks to SBC for accepting our nomination under all the timescales they provided. The ACV will certainly prove to be a useful tool over time to safeguard the ground for the benefit of the club and supporters.

This is only the 15th successful ACV application and after speaking to Supporters Direct on this they are expecting nearly all football grounds to be covered by this designation in the near future.

I hope that those who question the usefulness of the Supporters' Trust will acknowledge an excellent piece of work by members of the board, with not a lot of encouragement from the previous regime at the club.
