A lady of her class would be mad to associate herself with a fat drunkard who can't count like me  Cheesy

Usually when changing the subject, you change it something the other person understands!

ohh, I used to be quite a good fast bowler when I was a kid - they used to go on about how good I was to my parents (or so my Mum says everytime I watch cricket). I could have been the next Dominic Cork Cool

Never been able to bat to save my life though, I lack the hand-eye co-ordination  Cheesy

p.s. are you coming to the Wycombe game?

Cool beans, you are already 1 up on me in the cricket talent department Cheesy

PS I shall be at the Wycombe game, also going to Blackpool with my brother and brother from another mother

PPS  Beers Thanks for the title change, i've been listening to the Nevermind album since the weekend and that is my favourite song from my favourite album Cool I owe you a beer :guinness:

What's the Marcham side like? I refuse to play for my village team on principle and there's nowhere else near me, you may have to put up with my yorkers soon Cool

Are you going to be about for a beer for the Wycombe game? I could probably give you a lift home if you wanted but couldn't pick you up unless you wanted to go in at 1pm.

The 1st team is one of the best around in our league system, i play for the 2nds, who are mediocre at best, loads of old boys who are nice enough, but not as quick as they used to be. Still, its a good crack, they're a nice bunch, you can take my mantle as the youngest in the team Cheesy

I expect i could get into Swindon early, don't see why not..... Merlin?

Can you find me a number to ring and have a chat about joiining? I'm more interested in practicing/training than playing atm Smiley

I'll be in the Merlin from about 6, along with lots of others no doubt! Don't buy me a beer though, I'm staying totally sober for this game  Oops

I don't blame you after Saturdays debacle! I'll try and get down there for about 6. I'll post a picture of me later in the week, so you can call me over if i look a bit lost Cheesy

I'll also try and search out a number for ya for the cricket. Atm there isn't too much going on in the way of training, the odd net session every now and then, but nothing concrete, probably till Feb/March next year. I missed out on pre-season this year, which probably explains why i'm so crap! Soapy Tit Wank

Tbh, i'm sure that they would let you play a few games, its not an incredibly high standard
