Nope, we are a nation of lard arses because most of the nation spends most of their day sat on their lard arse as opposed to getting of it and doing something physical.

I eat crisps and other things the pinko dread mongers say are bad m'kay? and I drink beer and other libations the pinkos swear are going to advance the date of the apocalypse.

I'm 5'10" 50+ and under 13 stone. I ride a bike and do physical things hence not being lardy.

Mardy maybe but not lardy.
