Anyone ever used one of these when buying a used private car? I'm going to look at a car later and wonder if it's worth forking out for because I may not like the car

I'm pretty sure something like 1 in 5 cars has outstanding finance. So yes, it's worth the money.

If you buy from a dealer do you ask for the HPI report? Because dealers are fibbing cunts too.
