So, I've decided to go back to an iPhone and getting myself an iPhone 5, this requires a nano sim and I only have a micro sim.

I have read on the Vodafone foum I can just go into a Vodafone store ask them for a nano sim and the will transfer my number, all free of charge. Can someone confirm if this is true?

Thanks

Exactly what I did with O2 also.  No charge and it took 2 minutes.

Though the actual switch off of old simm and activate of new simm can take up to 24 hours.  Mine switched after about an hour.
