Me and 3, not missed the first game of the season for 13 years and won't miss this, even if I have to sell the family gold to Cash Converters to afford the tickets.

Can't see any ticket info anywhere for this, there's still nothing at all on the club site. I think someone in another thread said £28 and seating only - is that confirmed?
I assume it'll be pay on the day also?

It's not that bad, we manage it every other week. Takes about 2 hrs from ours to the outskirts of Swindon.

Ah I see, cheers. I was looking in the 'away tickets' section. Silly me I can see the Posh tickets under the away section Admittedly doesnt mention the £3 increase for on the day but can select tickets for the seating section @£25 Still hoping they open the terracing tho Have a week for that to happen - depends on seating take up I guess It's not that bad, we manage it every other week.
Takes about 2 hrs from ours to the outskirts of Swindon. Have family up that way and hate the drive personally Not sure whether thats due to the drive or whats at the other end

According to google maps it's 2h 39m to London Road. Speed cameras abound, A420, A43 (one north bound, two sound bound) there IIRC there are a proliferation around the Northampton ring road and some average speed stretches. as long as you're sensible three hours should more than cover it.

Although its longer it is quicker to take the A14 at Thrapston to meet the A1 rather than go via the A605.
There is a speed camera on the A14 just after you get onto it going that way.
That also reduces the amount of single track road and can therefore increase the average speed.

Or you could go the long way round round lorry route via the M25 then A1M
A quicker easier drive...but more miles of course.
