Just phoned to book my tickets for the CCC game to be told the Town End is shut for that game-is that common knowledge?

Yep that's right-but why no TE?To save money on stewards telling people to sit down in vain,I guess.

Why are they throwing away revenue when it is £14, and to sit in the town end costs £15.

WTF the board are throwing away potential revenue. :x They are so stupid. To be fair, I think they're working on the (quite reasonable) expectation that they're unlikely to get anywhere near capacity (so they don't need the extra seats in the TE) and that as there's no price differential, opening the TE only adds to the costs. Unless you think we're likely to get a 10,000+ gate for Wycombe in the 1st rd of the League Cup? ;-)
