Similar rumours were flying about when he was here if I remember correctly. Word was Wilson had got him sorted, and I imagine Howe would have been aware, but perhaps the other two managers Burnley have had let it slip...

Celtic can't afford him but Villa are waiting on bids for Benteke before pouncing for Chas at a reduced fee of about £4 million compared to his value in January of much more than that. |
