You're missing the point - Black was underwriting all that, and then some. The concern, and it seems perfectly reasonable one unfortunately, is that this lot are trousering all that but putting fuck all in. It happens, ask Port Vale. I've no doubt Fredi does know quite a bit.
Not sure the Winding Up Orders are correct though. Firstly it's the court which issues the order, a creditor will make an application to the court: a Winding Up Petition. Secondly, this gets published in the London Gazette - there hasn't been anything in there as I checked. Thirdly, it must be a sizeable chunk of money as it costs a fair bit to apply for this.
Imagine he means someone's served a statutory demand. |
