Phones due an upgrade in 2 weeks, and im torn.

I love my iPhone 4S, but a part of me fancies a little change and the S4 and One seem to be the 2 which stand out as rivals to the iPhone.

Went in today to look at doing the same.  I also have an Iphone 4 so will probably just go for a 5.  The one thing Id say is that the other phones look far better.  Much prettier and better screens, but they're much of a muchness and it seems to be about what you are used to in terms of the operating system.

the only thing stopping me getting a Galaxy 4 is the size, its a bit too big for me.
I dont want to get an iphone 5 because the new one is out in a few months. Maybe i will just wait for that

Apple normally release new phones every 11-months to capture the fanbois who are about to upgrade so probably September.

Rumour has it there'll be an 5S and a 6 released. The 5S being the better phone, 6 is meant to be a cheaper-build.

Think in going to switch to the S4 when my contract's up. Fancy a change from Apple.

Have you looked at the Windows mobiles? There are some decent Nokia's.

If I moved away from an iPhone it would be to Windows.

The new operating system is windows phone 8, a lot different to windows mobile.
I've got a Nokia Lumia now and can thoroughly recommend them. It's very slick to use and will survive several drops.
Nokia are announcing a new phone on Wednesday i think, might be worth a look....

i went for the htc one in the end, and first impressions are amazing. its bigger than the iphone, but still fits nice in my hand, its a good weight, and feels solid.
Very happy so far.

I've had an HTC Desire for the last 2 years, but my contract ends in a couple of weeks.  I was torn between the Iphone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S4 but Orange were offering me  rubbish deals.  I'm now in a position where I can leave them and am now swaying to the HTC One.  What network are you on? Did you get a pretty good monthly deal?
