Shame we left it so late. Reeeeeeeeves seemed to change the way we played. An experiencved head at the back. Look forward to see what the others report back.

I look forward to hearing what they have to say as well.

Reeves does bring experience to the back line, I think we may see more of him than we thought this season.

Just got home. Oh dear! Are we bottom?

At least we scored, but I am guessing Oldham completely took the foot off the gas for the last 15 and were almost punished!

Defeat against Forest and we're bottom (if we aren't already!!)  Crying

Why oh why oh fucking why did we leave it that late *smashes head hard on wall*

Nicholas and Roberts were pretty dismal today, though Roberts did step up and his goal was taken really well. We are desperately lacking that midfield player though. Whalley was pretty poor today but he shows signs of being a decent player.

I think our team still needs to gel, I liked the look of Shakes & Nicolau and that Smith fella works his arse off.

That's why you need to be there to see what's going on, as the radio seemed to say that Roberts was the best player, that's how I heard it anyway.

I know you were there, or I guessed you were from your comments.

I was trying to say that by way of your comments about Roberts, as if you'd heard it on the radio he seemed the best player by a long way.

That's why it's good to hear from people like you who have seen it and can give a better view of things.

A promising start, mostly passing well, but defence kept giving it away instead of using it and their midfield got right on top. Ifil, O'Hanlon, Nicholas worst offenders.
Whalley did very little except short passes, not very accurate or piercing.
Pook worked and challenged hard. Collins had a good hard game IMO.
Ifil was awful IMO, and O'Hanlon lacked composure.
Roberts wasted several opprtunities early on, but sharpened up later.
We missed having a winger IMO as Roberts roamed everywhere.
The midgets hardly won a long ball, as expected.
The whole team seemed lethargic and slow until near the end.

These are only first impressions, and the strong sun made it hard to follow play first half.

Oh right, sorry mate!

To be fair Roberts was a lot better towards the end, he made some decent runs and took players on, his goal was taken superbly aswell.

Start Shakes and Nicolau against Forest.
