As we and Gillingham are both out of the cup, what's the chance of the club changing our home game scheduled for Tuesday 28 Feb to Sat 7 Jan?

Bound to get a better attendance.

Zilch. Pikey's games are shunted to mid week to prevent their 250 travellers setting up on the CG extension.

Yeah I saw that, really nice.  It's a friendly little club.

Big win for them yesterday.  My attempt to cheer myself up last night consisted of a vat of wine together with imagining what it must be like to be a Notts County fan right now.

What did Bentley get fined for?

Plus they have a new owner who has subsequently left the country.....
However as they are not Leeds this has barely been reported.

Asked what Liverpool could expect in the replay at Home Park, he added: "Welcome to the real world."

Looks like some decent days out to be had.

Who knows, give it 2 or 3 years and maybe those who like to follow Town on their travels could be doing something similar.  Smiley

The fact that our next 2 opponents have recently had spells in non-league tells us we shouldn't be complacent about our present state.  Look at Crewe with a top grade academy and developing players history that Power can only dream about....5 points above the Conference drop line, after last season's relegation.

Indeed. Tranmere, York, Torquay, Wrexham, Chester, D&R... Lots of teams end up there and find it hard to get back out.

Stockport's story scares me (in football terms) more than anything.

Not quite sure what your point is, but pretty sure Kasim does a lot of charity work in Iraq, particularly with children orphaned by conflict, so if it was a poorly veiled suggestion he's not a decent bloke, it's probably some way wide of the mark.
