Fair fucks to him for coming out at the start of his career rather than when winding down, which seems to have been the oath before now.

Easy to say it shouldn't be news but homosexuality is literally illegal in the country hosting the world cup this year. It's probably not likely to be an issue at Blackpool, but if he makes it at the top level it's going to be consequential on his career.

Indeed, and I do fear that he is going to get dogs abuse at some grounds, looking at how racism seems to be rearing its head again.

Football still has issues regarding the matter https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/61492696

Bloody hell. It takes a hell of a lot to put tears in my eyes, but that'll do it.

The biggest takeaway from this is the absolute massive importance that music and photography plays. His recall on those songs was incredible - what a beautiful day for all his family and beyond to look back on and thankfully immortalised for generations to come x

Spotted this on Twitter. Looks an excellent piece of work. He's also done similar maps for other countries.

That reminds me of the old Esso club badge foiled sticker collection from the late 60's or early 70's

Not sure the best place to put this:

Following the EFL's general meeting, which is held annually, the governing body have approved two key changes, which will come into effect immediately.

SUBSTITUTES REGULATION CHANGE

During League campaigns in the EFL, clubs can now name 7 substitutes for each fixture, and make 5 substitutes per game. Clubs will only have 3 windows to make substitutes in a given fixture (not including halftime), which managers will be able to utilise tactically. Multiple substitutes may be used during substitute windows.

COLOUR BLIND FRIENDLY REGULATION CHANGE

For EFL League fixtures, home clubs are now able to wear their away or third kits should a challenging clash occur for people with colour blindness. Clubs will also have the opportunity to mix and match elements of their kits to ensure the game is accessible for those with colour blindness. The EFL will play a key role in helping to arrange this with clubs.

I assume this is reduce time wasting towards the end of games? I'm also intrigued when these windows will be timed
