I am going to have to abandon my usual 2-0 prediction as it is a cast iron, nailed on, guaranteed 100% FACT! that Leon Clarke will score against us. Fortunately though, James Collins supported Coventry as a kid so that pretty much guarantees a goal for him as well. Therefore...

2-1 Williams, Collins

I think a lot depends on Ferry being fit - we look toothless without him

Of we don't lose or draw we may win

I've got a suprisingly good feeling now, earlier in the week i thought we were in for a horsing, but now i'm more optimistic. Feel a late winner is on the cards. 2-1 win.

3-1 to the Town

Collins to bag a brace then (big) Rooney to come on after Cov pull one back to score the third and kill the Cov boys off

Crowd will be 18,459 with 2,866 away fans

Song of the day bound to be from us - 'this ground's too big for you'

COYR - cant wait to get in the car !!!!!

I have a hangover. However I will carry my drunken optimism from last night forward and predict a scrappy 1-0 win. Miller from long range.

Coventry in the east Midlands? No mention of The Specials? Disappointing.

After living just outside Coventry for two years and working in Cov with a few Cov fans I'm gutted that I'm 1,000 miles away. Especially with our new manager and board,  today truly marks the dawning of a new era.

2-2, braces from Clarke and Collins respectively.
