If you want to make it louder - the EU have resticted volume - go to:

http://www.ringom.no/espen/ipod/

If you have trouble opening the program after downloading then go to:

http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/support_dll.phtml?dllname=MSCOMCTL.OCX

I've just done it cause my hearing is fairly poor, due to an illness in my early youth so my mum claims, it works a treat.

You can also change the battery meter to numbers rather than the crap they have as a defult.
