A couple of points: Fabrizio Piccareta and the other technical staff owe nothing to Swindon Town Football Club. They were Paolo's men, brought in to do a job, which they have done. They now leave. We move on.
Given the complete lack of on and off field management at the club presently, I sincerely hope that some of the senior players take it upon themselves to prepare properly for the game against Preston on Saturday, and put the reins on some of those younger players who may be tempted to have a doss for a couple of days.

You've forgotten Jamie Pitman...a man who managed the only visitors to score 3 at the CG last season. In fact that was about 40% of the goals we conceded.
He could help out, why not? Bodin/Pitman/Ward and/or McCormack could actually get us up. People forget what a fantastic squad (albeit fairly small) squad of players we have. Beyond that who knows? Let's just get the fuck out of division for now. |
