Not bad over 30 miles up over s a few hills, I still hold out hope for it to reach 80 miles south west I can usually pick up BBC Wiltshire on 104.3 FM, and I'm best part of 100 miles away to the south west. Aerial in the loft but if the mice knock it a mm out of line it goes to Devon BBC, or both stations together. |

...which makes it even more irritating that the signal disappears so quickly when you head east from Swindon over the Berkshire Downs. I have been known (not often, but it has happened) to drive for 30 or 40 miles from here just to pick up match commentary. |
