Tried to do an oil and filter change. Oil filter cap cracked and nowhere but Vauxhall sell the part.

What about a breaker's yard?

Bit extreme, to scrap the car for the sake of an oil filler cap  Girl Giggle
Seriously though, there is a new/secondhand  Vauxhall spares place on Cheney Manor ie.

With my day of no football, I watched this instead;

Great footage! Worth watching just to see the clear red-card offence that only got a yellow card in the 2nd half! Otherwise Town could have won it.

My old man always talks fondly of Peter Eastoe and now I can see why.

What about a breaker's yard?

Most seemed to be closed this afternoon. It'll be easier for me to go to Vaux in Newbury on Monday, as I work nearby.

Brilliant - right from the LWT jingle at the start - Tommy Taylor would have been straight off these days.

Eastoe, Eastoe. Eastoe............That was my first ever Town team that started me off.

Trevor Anderson and of course the Witney boy David Moss.
As a kid playing football the player I always used to be  Smiley

Happy Days and thanks for posting this.

This clip has brought back some great memories, The Big Match Theme tune for me is even better than the MOTD one. All the kids in our area would be straight out after the big match for a game in the local park. Brilliant.

I loved every minute of that. Thanks.

I was shouting at the screen for their guy to be sent off after the rugby tackle. Of course though, there was no 'professional foul' rule back then.

Good viewing that.
I remember watching the replay - was never so crushed in the Town End as on that evening.

Thanks for that-that was brilliant!Mossy, Eastoe and Anderson what an attacking force they were.Frank Burrows what a man!No sponsors,no shin-pads,no cards! Also made me realise what a great commentator Brian Moore was compared to the drivel spouting tossers we get today.

Nice! How quickly we forget things like the backpass rule and (as mentioned) the professional foul are relatively recent laws.

A few what would today be late tackles, no fee kick and the players just got on with it.

Oh and the classic muddy pitch too Smiley Groundsmen are just too good these days!

That pitch was awful, I forgot how much Clyde Best was like Akinfenwa in girth!

I had also forgot how good Brooking and Bonds were, and Eastoe...what a striker, would score goals in any team.
