Macclesfield away was another Boxing Day 'Treat'

Have we really played Macclesfield on a Boxing Day before?

Not really. There's no trains Boxing Day anyway. If you have to drive most of the way, might as well go the whole hog.

Jobsworth cunts.

Come on, they only earn 50k a year for working 35 hours a week for 40 weeks. Atrocious to be asked to do that without striking.

London based fans wouldn't be driving any of it anyway, hence the threat of a tube strike is a bit of a pisser. Never mind, we can all be bus wankers instead  Pint

Was hoping I'd be able to stick my nose into my flat whilst nearby, just to check a pipe hasn't exploded/squatters have moved in/it's been turned into a kebab shop, as it's on the way back on the central line. No fucking chance of that now, lazy cunts.

Being a tube driver isn't as bad as, say, being a bus driver, or a DLR attendant. They actually have to interact with the cunts on the thing they're driving. Tube drivers don't get cut up going down the northern line do they? Sure it must be pretty fucking boring, but it's hardly the worst job in the world.

Fair point. I don't live it London though so couldn't give a toss. :-)

You've got a home game as it is, do you want jam on it?

Can tell you're a woman. Always want more. :-)

I'm not complaining really. Living in Reading, Orient is a whole lot easier than Torquay (last year) that's for sure.

Never been to Orient, so looking forward to it! Annoyance with no trains on boxing day as it would have meant a good sesh, so looks as though I'll be driving!
