Haha a picture! It wasn't difficult to understand the problem.

Either it's an annoying windows setting (like Sticky Keys, Snap To pointer etc.) or the driver needs to be updated. I don't really know what's causing it though.

Hopefully someone will be able to help you though.

If you know what app it is you should hopefully be able to disable it from start up.

I still don't get why you haven't taken it back to the place that fixed it and got them to resolve it, seeing as it's something they did that caused it.
